Certainly: Occasionally a tubal ligation will fail but typically once you are pregnant after having a tubal if it is a intrauterine pregnancy then it should uncomplicated. Or no increased risk of complications due to having the tubal ligation.

Depends: You could have them reattached, but this is not always successful & places you at some risk of a dangerous tubal pregnancy. You could have eggs harvested in a fertility center,fertilized and implanted in your womb with IVF.If this is something you are considering consult with your OBGYN and get a referral.
