Afraid to know.: Didn't check. Don't want to know. But in general, between the food intake and water weight gain that accompanies the ingestion of salty foods, we can gain as much as five pounds between Christmas and the day after. Thankfully, some of this is water weight gain that goes away rather quickly, but you'd be well advised to watch your portions at Christmas dinner.
