A member asked:

I am having no effect from 35g of vicodin. should i take more?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

If it were "grams": You would be long dead. You are talking milligrams (mg) of hydrocodone. Vicodin, however, is a combination of tylenol (acetaminophen) and hydrocodone, and if you increase the one, you are increasing the other. You should take it only as your doctor recommends, and increasing the dose can expose you not only to an opioid overdose, but to tylenol toxicity, which can seriously damage your liver.
