Depends on your body: Hallucinations are associated with lack of sleep. A rule of thumb is two or three days without sleep before hallucinations; however, when I was young, it occurred when I stayed up past 2 AM after a long, hard day at work (no alcohol or drugs). Therefore, it depends on the amount of work or stress you are experiencing, etc.

4 days or less: With young healthy people (i.e. professional soldiers under 35), 4 days of near total sleep deprivation was the general maximum threshold. I do not recommend pushing it to that extreme. Hallucinations are only problem among others that can develop from prolonged severe sleep deprivation. Please ask for help if needed.
