Do i have to give my 1month old a full ounce of prune juice or will half ounce work?

Try half: Assuming your doc has prescribed this for constipation? If so, no harm in trying half the dose first then a full dose if no results in a couple of hours. If any vomiting is happening, though, and there is no BM or there is evidence of abdominal pain you need to see someone instead.
