Depends on meaning..: Your body replaces the missing fluid volume within 24-48 hours. The red cells are usually replaced within about 10 days, but 56-day between donation period used to be certain recovery complete. Regular donors usually feel fine w/in 4-6 hrs, new donors 4-12. Good hydration helps.
