How much time should i stay off school after head injury?

Ask your doctor: I'm assuming you saw a doctor and was diagnosed with a head injury. If so, ask him this question. If not, It depends on what sort of residual you have and what type of injury you suffered in the first place. Are you having trouble concentrating or memory problems? If so, you may have a concussion and might want to see a doc. Neurologist specializing in concussion would be good & informative.

Head injury: It really depends on the severity of the head injury, a mild one then going back to school should be no issue. A more severe injury with loss of consciousness could require more time. Best to discuss this with you treating physician as he/she will have a better understanding of what took place and can give better advice.
