How much time does it take glasses to fix an astigmatism?

Astigmatism: Usually it doesn't take very long to get a good detailed refraction to correct astigmatism. Getting used to a new pair of glasses can take a few weeks if the astigmatism has never been corrected in older glasses. This is important to discuss with your eye care provider.
