Not easy;can do well: There is no cure for lupus currently so the goal of treatment is to put it into remission (quiet with no active symptoms or abnormal labs) and control flares of disease when they happen as quickly as possible. Most important is to see a board certified rheumatologist on a regular basis (every few weeks at first, then every few months if doing well), and take medications as prescribed by their doc
