Can brain shrinkage mean the brain hitting your skull when you jump around?

See below: Brain shrinkage or atrophy occurs naturally as we age, but accelerates in patients with Alzheimer's, and aggressive MS. Jumping or playing would not usually cause brain injury, and brain contact with skull requires very intense force.
