I just wanted to know can untreated vaginal yeast infection lead to a systemic yeast infection?

Urban myth: "Systemic yeast" (or systemic candidiasis) is an urban myth. There is no such thing. Vaginal yeast infections are easily treated, and if you think you have one, see your doctor -- or maybe try one of the many over-the-counter treatments. But if for some reason you don't get treated, you won't have any health problems except for genital itching, irritation, etc.
