No: I understand your question now. The line, a linea nigra, is associated with pregnancy. Having said that, if you've taken 2 home pregnancy tests and they are both negative, it's way more likely that you are not pregnant. If you're worried you can see doctor for blood test to confirm, but unlikely that 2 tests would be wrong.
