Syndromes differ: As opposed to a disease where we understand some basic pathophysiology, a syndrome is a collection of symptoms for which there is no clear underlying mechanism. Therefore a "cure" is harder to come by. That said there is nothing that doesn't benefit from proper nutrition, a clean environment and balanced lifestyle.
