Help, i have black dot on white part of eye?

Checkup: Is this spot new? Suddenly developed? Result of injury? Is it a lesion that has changed in its appearance over time? Pain? Change I'm vision? An exam is obviously important to diagnose and to establish a treatment plan. See an ophthalmologist.
