Weight loss meds: I can’t personally make recommendations for weight loss products but the following are FDA approved: Alli, Xenical (orlistat),Meridia (sibutramine), Adipex-P (phentermine) and Sanorex (mazindol).

Weight loss pills: Weight loss pills are not the correct way to control your weight loss. It is what you eat (in terms of calories) and what you burn (in terms of exercise). If you have the time and the money I would recommend you see a dietitian and a physical therapist. If you cannot afford this go to the library (or on-line) and find out what is good or not so good for you. Do not rely on pills!
