Losing Weight.: I can’t personally make recommendations for weight loss products but the following are FDA approved: Alli, Xenical (orlistat),Meridia (sibutramine), Adipex-P (phentermine & Sanorex (mazindol). The best way to lose weight is through physical activity and healthy diet with decreased caloric intake.
