Breastfeeding: Breastfeeding has positive effects o child nutrition, immunity, teeth development, and other aspects. Bottle feeding, however, is a completely fine alternative and does not have negative effects. One of the most important things for your baby is keeping yourself as relaxed and happy as possible, and if bottle feeding will accomplish that, do not feel guilty about it.

Many benefits: Babies that are not breastfed have a higher risk of both viral and serious bacterial infections. There is also evidence that breastfed babies have on average 4 to 8 more IQ points on testing.
