Sun and smoking: The three likeliest causes are too much sun (or tanning bed), smoking or other tobacco use, and overactive forehead muscles (the ones that raise your eyebrows), perhaps because your eyebrows are low enough to interfere with your vision. Watch video tape of your self in normal conversation and see if you raise your eyebrows more than other people. If so, botox can help retrain your forehead.

Muscle contraction: Forehead wrinkles are caused by excessive use of the frontalis muscle. This is done by actions that cause this muscle to contract, namely raising the eyebrow. Simillarly frowning can cause wrinkles in the glabella or central forehead due to the procerus and corrugator muscles contracting. These can all be addressed with consistent use of botox to these areas. Over time the lines will soften.
