Cholangiocarcinoma: is a serious problem of cancer in the bile duct, either in the liver, or the tubes outside the liver, through the pancreas to the duodenum. Need to determine that it is cancer, is it operable?, and evidence of spread to peritoneum or nodes? CA 19-9 level. Don't mess with this. Can be cured. Do not wait.
