NO: You need a podiatrist and a physician. If you have high cholesterol----high ldl----you need to define the meaning of it. You may benefit from exercise and diet. You can save your money and throw away the cod liver oil and the coconut oil. Get a podiatrist to help with toenails. There is no connection between the nails and cholesterol.
