When should i seek help for my headaches?

Depends: Many people have occassonal headaches that respond to over-the-counter meds and relaxation. However, if the headaches are occurring often or don't respond to those meds, you need an evaluation. Also, for any neurological signs (vision changes, numbness/tingling, confusion, etc) do not wait...See a dr.
