Are these gums normal? i am having half black upper gums sincs 3 years no pain or no other symtom.

Pigmentation: The gingiva can also have pigmentation, as does your skin. It is normal for many people. At your age i would hope you have already seen a physician and/or a dentist. It would be great if a professional could take a look to confirm my thoughts of what it might be.

Gums: Brown gum pigmentation is normal in African Americans, People from the Indian subcontinent, and Jews of Russian extraction. It is, however genetically controlled, and seems to deepen during and after puberty. Black gum tissue, of sudden onset, is a different story. In the mouth any area of color chang that persists for more than 2 weeks must be investigated. Please see Dentist or Periodontist now.
