Self esteem; Money: Bravo! if you have been smoking for long time than you should feel that you are breathing better, no throat irritation or smoker's cough:-) improved exercise tolerance. However emotionally you might be more irritable and impatient.Which gets better after one month. If you find yourself eating more try sugarless chewing gum; select low calorie food like cucumber and celery to avoid weight gain.
