There's a red bump on my finger and its oozing could this be a big bite? or what would it be?

Could be..: It's possible it's a bug bite- do you remember being bit? More likely you have some kind of infection if it is oozing. If it is painful, red, warm to touch it is most likely a skin infection. Oozing white or yellowish liquid also points to infection. Go have your doctor take a look at it and determine what treatment you need.
