Insurance: We now live in a world in the U.S. Where you can purchase insurance. You can also pay cash for the colonoscopy. No doctor would turn you away if you are willing to pay for their services.

If an emergency...: Then seek help right away thru your local er. Otherwise, most health centers ; physicians happily donate considerable time to providing charity care either through clinics or individual practioner offices. Also, if you qualify military hospitals or the veterans administration may be able to help. You're going to have to do a little homework for your locale.
