Slowly: Sagging skin is often a result of rapid weight loss. Slow steady weight loss from diet modification and increased exercise in consultation with your doctor can reduce the chances of getting saggin skin but cannot eliminate it. If you lose enough weight the excess skin will sag and the older you are when you lose the weight, the less likely it is that your skin will tighten up naturally. Sorry.
