Somewhat: It depends on how much cervical tissue was removed with the leep procedure. You might be at a somewhat higher risk for cervical incompetence which can lead to a premature delivery. Most women who have undergone a leep procedure will have no problems during their pregnancy. Your OB may follow you closer and if it appears that the cervix is prematurely dilating, special procedures can be done to hel.
