Don't go to ER: For old injuries , except burdening overcrowded er intent is for acute injuries , now you go to hand injuries specialist , like orthopedic or hand surgeon for complete evaluation and treatment, you may have nerve injury or a joint injury may nor show in ordinary x-rays.
