Observation for now: I know you are concerned about your child's spine, but at her age, her motor development is so immature that she might not have the normal motor strength “yet”to sit up straight. Give her some time to grow and observe. If this continues to be an issue, a pediatric orthopedic surgeon should evaluate her for possible congenital conditions.
