Be wary of "natural": The only 'natural' Progesterone is the kind your body makes when you get pregnant. Whatever you are buying that isn't fda-approved does not have the same rigorous testing as those your doc would prescribe. Very few people actually need Progesterone for what's called a 'luteal phase defect.' if you haven't had multiple early miscarriages, it probably won't help. Talk to your doc about pregnancy.
