Verification: Urine is supposed to travel from the kidneys down through ureters into the bladder and then go out through the urethra. As long as it only goes in the right direction, down and out, there is no problem. In some kids, when the bladder squeezes, some urine heads back to the kidneys, making infections & damage possible. The VCU detects this.
