Top molar removed 3 days ago . inside cheek opposite extraction looks like a loose flap of skin with white tip . not sore. look like its bitten.

Molar extraction: The flap of skin is most likely the tissue around the edge of the extraction socket. This will tighten up once the socket fills in and heals. If you are concerned, return to the surgeon and have the area checked. And make sure you are following all of the surgeon's post-op instructions.

Parotid duct: It could be where the duct from the parotid salivary gland empies into the oral cavity. Have your dentist check it out just to make sure.
