No: No, fever at this age could indicate a potentially serious bacterial infection. Specially with decrease eating and increase sleepiness. Take the baby to a dr as soon as possible.

No its not normal: Fever is not normal. Since there are no specific symptoms, it is probably a viral illness that has to run its course. Nevertheless, if the fever is high or if it persists your child need to be examined by his/her pediatrician.

Fever: She may be sleeping a lot because of dehydration caused by the fever and soft stools. Therefore it is important to give your child electrolyte containing fluids If condition gets worse see your doctor
