YES YOU CAN: It is already a miracle that you are walking you can definitely improve your strength by working hard with physical therapist that will help you improve your hand strength and function you might not be like before the accident but there is a lot of room for improvment.

Still a chance: there is still a chance for full recovery. You should have occupational therapy to strengthen your hand and hopefully maximize your hand strength.
