COULD BE: It could be diarrhea could cause a lot of irritation to the anal area and could irritate the hemorrhoid he is 33 years old most likely it is something simple eat yogurt and banana that might help the diarrhea but it is safer if he consulted with his physician this way he can assure hime specially if the bleeding persisted.
