35 yo f w/rrms. brain mris every 6 mo. recent report: "t1&t2 hyperintensity, could be hemangioma in right frontal bone." do i need more testing?

Further testing: If you have been having an MRI every 6 months, it's possible this hyperintensity showed up before, but was not reported. Sometimes small versions of this are missed during other tests. Having another MRI in the future should be an adequate method to study this. If you have another MRI 6 months from now, that should be helpful enough.

Suggestions: Glad you are followed closely with frequent MRI's, and the crucial question involves whether either the T-1, or T-2 lesions have changed, as this might be indication of disease progression in presence of ineffective treatment.
