Migraine vs tension: It could be a vascular headache or mixed type of migraine or tension. It depends on whether she has any other symptoms such as sensitivity to light, or sounds which make it more of a migraine. Usually tension headaches are both sides or billateral whereas migraines are unilateral or one side.
