Sharp pain on left side of brain, towards the front. feels like headache but more of a intense pulsating pain?

Left side of head?: We generally, believe that the brain itself is not able to "feel" pain....Although it interprets it and processes it very well! therefore, i believe it is more like your pain is on the left side of your head radiating to the front in a pulsating manner.
