Yes can be deficient: You can still have VD deficiency even that vitamin, need to check your VD level as some need increased / high doses, can also be cause of bone pains.

Think ITP: Think like a doctor: you have a diagnosis -- itp. Before you look for another cause of your "bone" (leg?) pain, try to connect it with your established diagnosis. Itp is a pro-clotting disorder; could your "bone" pain be in fact due to a blood clot in a deep vein? This – but not vitamin d deficiency – would be my first (and major) concern.
