Sore throat: It is best to see a doctor. They can determine if a rapid strep test is needed. If it is strep throat, it can be treated with antibiotics. If it is viral there is no way to zap it fast. Also, influenza may be considered. Honey and cinnamon will not zap it fast, but it will be delicious. You are contagious as long as you have symptoms.
