Rest: It is unlikely that you are having labor pains as those are a bit more regular in timing than what you are describing. More likely, you are aware of your abdomen more so now since the incident with your son. Try to lie down more today and tomorrow and rest; this takes the pressure off of your back and abdominal muscles. Plus, a healthy mom usually has a healthy baby.
