If : If you are still breast feeding then you period will not start until you stop. Otherwise, there are many different reasons why your period may not have restarted: fluctuating hormone levels, stress or possibly uterine or ovarian issues that need to be explored. Either way you need to see your primary care doctor to get this evaluated.
