Change meds: Escitalopram (brand name lexapro) is an ssri antidepressant and, like other options in the category, it can cause sexual side effects. Rather than add another medication to counteract a side effect, you might ask your physician to change Lexapro (escitalopram) to another medication that would not have that side effect.
