Yes: Your daughter's uterus measurements are very close to normal, with a slightly increased thickness. This is nothing to be alarmed about at this time. She is only 13 and we don't become too concerned about the start of periods until the age of 16. Every girl is different in when they start menstruating, some starting as early as 8 or 9 and others not until middle adolescence. I would not worry yet.
