Yes: Some supplements that help prevent migraines: coenzyme q, riboflavin, butterbur. There's been conflicting information about feverfew & magnesium. Chinese medicine/acupuncture may help. Try it for at least 2-3 months before you give up. Remember to eat right, get moving 30-60 minutes every day, and sleep well.

Feverfew, butterbur: Both feverfew and butterbur (petadolex) can prevent migraine headaches. We conducted a large blinded study of butterbur and showed that 150 mg dose was very effective, while 100 mg and the placebo were not.
