Get some help!: Have your spouse help out (especially for a middle of the night feeding)! good rest is important for your health too. Don't feel that you have to do all of the feedings yourself. You can pump and store breastmilk for someone else to feed your baby at night (or during the day) to give yourself a break. It's going to be hard in the beginning, but a little extra help will make it a lot easier!

Alternate duties...: ...With a partner or family member. Maybe even pump breast milk ahead of time and have someone else do some of the actual feedings.
