Depends upon cause: There is no one "best treatment" for halitosis. Start by seeing your a dentist for a thorough exam, x-rays ; cleaning. Have all your necessary dental treatment completed. Then make sure you practice good oral hygiene (tooth brushing, flossing ; the use of a tongue scraper). If you still have halitosis, check with your physician for medical causes. Halitosis,bad breath: Is caused from poor dental health, and may be a sign of other health problems. Also the type of food you eat or other factors like smoking can effect your breath. Rec.: see your dentist to determine the cause of the problem and proper treatment. Many options are available.
