Anything goes: Symptoms of advanced ovarian cancer are bloating, distention, and pain. You can get that with a ton of different conditions so don't panic and follow up your doc's advise. While it is possible to get cancer at your age, it would be very unlikely even if you carry a "cancer gene". Hope you feel well soon..
