Likely pinched nerve: You can have a pinched nerve at the neck, in the muscles after the nerve leaves the spinal cord or more peripheral and closer to the area where you feel the pinching. The elbow area is common place to pinch nerve as is close to the wrist. A good history and exam can usually suggest source and your primary should be able to make this determination. They can also order any additional tests
