Headache (HA) help: Your list shows aspirin, ibu, and tramadol; if that's all you've tried, don't worry. These are painkillers, but they don't 'break' a ha. I usually prescribe Prednisone for intractable ha. If that doesn't work, i sometimes admit people to the hospital for dhe. Usually takes about 2-3 days to work and we can give other IV medications at the same time. You may need to take a daily med to prevent.
